In the Villa Crespo area, a beautiful market was born in the style of La Boqueria in Barcelona, ​​El Mercat Villa Crespo, with more than 30 stores, of course it is a gastronomic experience where yes or yes you will find something delicious. Actually, all the options are exquisite, from beer, coffee, drinks, to neighborhood cuisine with a gourmet touch.

This is a space of 2700 square meters and 3 floors, where there is room for 38 stores. The proposal is inspired by the most iconic urban markets in the world, where there is a combination of products and gastronomy. With a contemporary industrial and urban style, this place involves entrepreneurs, workshops, affordable prices and proximity to the local producer.

This place is located at Thames 747, in the heart of Villa Crespo, near Palermo, eight blocks from Plaza Serrano and in the center of four of the most important avenues in the city. Mercat Villa Crespo has sectors dedicated to different types of food, organic, gourmet and vegetarian, all under a mixed format in which producers can offer tastings in a relaxed exchange space.

Mercado Soho

Five friends inaugurated the Soho Market in the heart of Palermo, a space of 700 square meters and two floors, with 9 international cuisine restaurants and two bars, where they seek to replicate the experience of the most famous European markets.

The market offers a journey through the flavors of nine cuisines of the world with a clear division. On the ground floor there is street food on the go and upstairs something more elaborate and gourmet.

On the first floor there are options such as Cocu Boulangerie and its French cuisine, Kokito with a Southeast Asian menu, Kevin Bacon with hamburgers, Stazione Mozzari specialized in Italian food, Abdala with Syrian-Lebanese cuisine and Choripaneria al Paso with Argentine grill and gourmet choripans. There is also the Soho Bar, a beer bar with craft beer, but also with classic cocktails. The Belgrano Market is a gastronomic area built and managed by the City Government. It is located on land that was ceded by the heirs of the writer Jose Hernandez in 1875. Its history and the quality of the products it offers distinguish the Market and make it an indispensable part of the neighborhood’s identity.

Between 2017 and 2019, the two stages of its enhancement were completed, which in addition to important structural improvements expanded the space with an outdoor food court and an open-air terrace.

Now, the market has 42 stores and 140 employees so that residents and tourists can enjoy a varied offer of Buenos Aires cuisine. In this context, the market added 985 square meters to reach a total of 3,678, becoming one of the most attractive gastronomic poles in the City.
